La Joya de Esperanza #2 is a beautifully designed all-concrete style house with a clay tile roof and beautiful wood overheads. Tile floors through the entire home and independent AC units for all bedrooms as well as a large 35,000 BTU AC unit for the Kitchen and living room. The home is located in the Esperanza area of our beach community only a 5 min drive to the beach and surf here in Playa Guiones! The main house consists of a large Living Room and kitchen area with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The 4th bedroom and bathroom is a private studio apartment located above the main house on the back side and accessible from the parking area with a private staircase.
Casa #2 was designed with large sliding glass doors and beautiful sliding glass windows in the front room to enjoy a beautiful courtyard view with a private pool. All bedrooms are designed with sliding glass doors and windows providing great ambient light in all rooms and easy access to patio areas. A large privacy wall runs the perimeter of the property along the left and right sides out to the main road. The property is accessible from an internal road inside the property. The home is equipped with a private 250-gal water storage tank helping to ensure there are never any issues. Below the staircase to the Studio Apartment is a private storage area with a hot water system for the home, a Water Pump and pressure tank as well as all the valves to operate the water system for the home.
